By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

The App does not facilitate, enable, or promote real money gambling. It is purely a tracking tool for recording your poker sessions played elsewhere.
Any stake recommendations, bankroll calculations, or other information provided by the App are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and bankroll management.
You acknowledge that poker involves financial risk and that past performance tracked in the App is not indicative of future results.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL POKER CARDOM LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless POKER CARDOM LTD and its licensees and licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where POKER CARDOM LTD is established.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
